Our Mission
Zepol Foundation’s mission is to promote economic in underserved communities by building generational wealth and health through three essential pillars: Education, Real Estate, and Health Awareness. This approach aims to create a lasting, positive impact that benefits future generations.
Education: Provide scholarships for higher education degrees, certifications for life skills and promote entrepreneurship.
Real Estate: Offer grants to assist in home ownership. Be it first time home buyer, first investment property and including land to build. Also, preparing renters to become homeowners through a series of education and awareness.
Health: Promotion of healthy living in the areas of physical, mental, and emotional health.
